I welcome you all to have a glimpse of  “Samwaad” our effort to develop a medium to establish a platform for effective communication between the Head Office , Regional/Placement Offices , Business Partners and all concerned with NIFA .  NIFA as a brand has been able to make it's presence felt in many parts of the country and it is our firm resolve to establish ourselves in the remaining parts very soon, but in the choicest way possible .

We have been able to support our Network well in many terms and I am happy to tell you that most of our Business Partners who have started their Centres in recent months have been able to achieve their Cash Break Even Level within three months of operations. Our initiative of establishing our own Regional Offices in state capitals to support the Centres has been very well appreciated by the industry at large and has started showing results already.

In keeping with our long term strategy of focusing on active and whole hearted support to our partners and taking care of the students in all possible ways , we are introducing lot of systems and procedures which will stream line things to a great extent.

At HO level and at Regional Office level , very soon you will find more trained , competent and experienced manpower to supplement the existing agile and responsive staff strength who will amply support the new initiatives.  All the above initiatives revolve around the needs of the customer and reflect our commitment and firm resolve to provide superlative service surpassing the expectations of the discerning customer.
