Result Oriented Teaching process :
|
|
| In both English & Hindi |
|
All
our courses involve an appropriate combination of
intensive lecture sessions, video presentations and
discussions, supported by group discussions, case
studies, syndicate work and projects. Certain special
courses include role playing and video feedback.
This allows participants to expand their personal
understanding of the programme content, and thus
gain maximum benefit from the course. We have a substantial
number of experienced instructors, many of whom are
fluent in both English and Hindi. This enables Hindi
speaking students to discuss queries and complex
concepts informally in their own language, should
they wish to do so.

| On job Ttraining |
|
As
NIFA's entire mission is “to equip todays youth
with financial skills and talent by providing them
with hands-on training on Computerised Accountancy
procedures, so as to enable them to achieve self reliance” special
emphasis is laid on On-the-Job training. This provides
each student with an insight to understand the functioning
of the real job. NIFA has invested in creation of special
work books which are designed in accordance with the
needs of the area where, on the- job training is conducted. |
|
| Projects & Internship Programs |
|
Every student is required to make a complete project of either a bank, hospital,
hotel or an industry where the computerised accounting practices are adopted,
and present the same at the end of the course. This not only gives the students
confidence, but prepares them to face the real world of corporate practice. |
|
| Qualified Faculty |

member of the NIFA faculty is qualified, experienced
and, is of high caliber. Charted Accountants,
